Its existing digital ecosystem was fragmented, with multiple English-centric websites featuring outdated, static content. Updates required agency intervention, hindering agility. To achieve its ambitious goals of tripling visitation and increasing in-destination spend by 3-4 times by 2030, Visit Qatar needed a solution that could centralize its digital presence and efficiently manage multilingual content across the entire visitor journey.

Visit Qatar implemented a solution that integrated TransPerfect's GlobalLink technology with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This integration allowed for centralized management of language rollout directly from headquarters. The solution unified all global teams involved in the translation, review, and publishing processes onto a single platform. This streamlined approach enabled Visit Qatar to launch the MVP for visitqatar.qa, its main consumer site, in just three months—from inception to go-live by the end of 2020.

The Results

The integration of GlobalLink with AEM significantly enhanced Visit Qatar's ability to manage and deploy multilingual content efficiently. The centralized platform streamlined the entire process from translation to publication, allowing for rapid language rollouts across global markets.
