Entry Level Client Services:
Deal Interactive - London
Description
- Setup online due diligence sites for M&A as directed by the Senior Project Manager
- Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Customer Service team
- Train client administrative and end users on Deal Interactive site usage
- Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management
- Identify and qualify customer support issues that can be resolved via escalation and/or enhancement requests or bug fixes to the system
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective time management
- Customer support experience
- Technical background or experience in technical support
