Product Marketing Coordinator - New York

Description

  • Coordinate the production of marketing deliverables (content development and design through fulfillment) specific to the organizations suite of technology products, including brochures, white papers, case studies, solutions briefs, datasheets, and spec sheets
  • Develop and deploy product-specific content for use in web and electronic marketing
  • Work with Sales Trainers to lead internal communications and on-going training of business development team on existing products, new releases, and product updates
  • Assist advertising, events, and promotions teams with product specific content for advertising and trade shows
  • Management and control of source files for ongoing marketing projects
  • Proofreading and review of client facing material including proposals, presentations, and direct mail
  • Coordinate the integration/updates of marketing and branding material for all merger partners
  • Assist Marketing and Communications staff in daily activities as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • One to three years previous experience in a similar technology product marketing role
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to manage large and fluctuating workloads while maintaining agreed service levels and meeting deadlines
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to learn, understand, and teach technical functionality of the products and how they work in various target verticals

Desired Skills

  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages is strongly preferred but not required: French (Quebecoise), Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Chinese, Japanese, German, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, (preference for languages in order listed)
  • Advanced computer skills (Adobe Creative Suite, MS Visio, HTML, XML, etc.)
  •  International marketing experience is preferred
