Marketing Manager - EMEA
Description
- Oversee the printing and fulfillment of marketing material for over 10 office locations in the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions and support additional office expansion within the region
- Oversee the design and production of new electronic marketing pieces and printed collateral
- Execution of international public relations and advertising strategy
- Management and control of source files for ongoing marketing projects
- Proofreading and review of client facing material including proposals, presentations, and direct mail
- Prepare specifications and initiate requests for bids, customer quotations, and purchase orders for vendors
- Oversee planning and execution of international marketing events and sales/marketing training
- Assist Marketing and Communications staff in daily activities as needed
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Three - five years previous experience in a similar marketing role
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English
- Fluency in two or more of the following languages is required: French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, Chinese, Japanese (preference for languages in order listed)
- Effective time management
- Ability to multi-task and work well to tight deadlines
Desired Skills
- International marketing experience is preferred
- Advanced computer skills (Adobe Creative Suite, MS Visio, HTML, XML, etc.)
