Marketing Manager - EMEA

Description

  • Oversee the printing and fulfillment of marketing material for over 10 office locations in the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions and support additional office expansion within the region
  • Oversee the design and production of new electronic marketing pieces and printed collateral
  • Execution of international public relations and advertising strategy
  • Management and control of source files for ongoing marketing projects
  • Proofreading and review of client facing material including proposals, presentations, and direct mail
  • Prepare specifications and initiate requests for bids, customer quotations, and purchase orders for vendors
  • Oversee planning and execution of international marketing events and sales/marketing training
  • Assist Marketing and Communications staff in daily activities as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Three - five years previous experience in a similar marketing role
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English
  • Fluency in two or more of the following languages is required: French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, Chinese, Japanese (preference for languages in order listed)
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to multi-task and work well to tight deadlines

Desired Skills

  • International marketing experience is preferred
  • Advanced computer skills (Adobe Creative Suite, MS Visio, HTML, XML, etc.)
