Advertising Specialist - New York
Description
- Manage the production schedule for all print and electronic advertising
- Track ROI and effectiveness of paid search engine ads (Google Adwords, Yahoo ads, etc.)
- Negotiate rates for all advertising
- Communicate content updates to design teams and manage proofreading/review of all creative prior to publication
- Assist Marketing and Communications staff in daily activities as needed
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English
- Fluency in another language is preferred but not required (strong preference for Arabic, Dutch, French-Canadian, Japanese, or Korean)
- Effective time management
- Ability to multi-task and work well to tight deadlines
- Previous experience of a similar coordination, advertising management, or marketing role a distinct advantage
