Advertising Specialist - New York

Description

  • Manage the production schedule for all print and electronic advertising
  • Track ROI and effectiveness of paid search engine ads (Google Adwords, Yahoo ads, etc.)
  • Negotiate rates for all advertising
  • Communicate content updates to design teams and manage proofreading/review of all creative prior to publication
  • Assist Marketing and Communications staff in daily activities as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English
  • Fluency in another language is preferred but not required (strong preference for Arabic, Dutch, French-Canadian, Japanese, or Korean)
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to multi-task and work well to tight deadlines
  • Previous experience of a similar coordination, advertising management, or marketing role a distinct advantage
