Litigation Support Analyst / e-Discovery

Create, implement and manage electronic discovery solutions for the culling, processing, hosting and conversion of electronically stored information (ESI) for end clients consisting of mainly law firms and Fortune 500 companies.

Description

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of Imaging and EDD projects
  • Oversee full life cycle of projects according to client peramaters
  • Track delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in work scope
  • Monitor multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met
  • Work closely with production staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities set by the client
  • Serve as a liaison between the production staff, and the client during the life cycle of a project
  • Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action
  • Ensure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are adhered to
  • Ensure that other PMs are up to date with enough information so that proper handoffs can occur when unavailable
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to job tracking, specifications, and chain of custody related documents
  • Meet with clients to build relationships and occasionally go off-site
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field, JD or paralegal training helpful
  • At least two years experience in the electronic discovery industry, preferably as a data processor
  • Solid knowledge of the eDiscovery project lifecycle
  • Strong technical understanding and/or experience with e-discovery process, lifecycle, and technical issues
  • Working knowledge of operations, including document imaging, printing, coding, and electronic data processing
  • Experience with EDD litigation database software such as: Concordance, Summation, Ringtail Litigation
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Access required
  • Working knowledge of Clearwell and kCura Relativity required
  • Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valued but not required skills and experience: General knowledge of LAN and WAN engineering
